There are a ton of videos out there about building core muscles, so I wanted to share my two favorite exercises.

One is a lot easier than the other, and the first one is hard to almost everyone I meet. However, once you can do them it is an amazing feeling.

They are called wind shield wipers… I do them hanging, but you can do them on the ground too.

My second favorite is ab ball push ups. Keep your legs/feet on the ab ball and do pushups, you really use your core to hold the ball in place while still doing the pushups.
